Yuval & Kfir
Meet Yuval & Kfir
Intended Parents – Tel Aviv
Kfir is a biochemist, and Yuval is a software developer. Together, they are pursuing their surrogacy journey with Victory Reproductive Care and currently have 11 embryos, with plans to transfer one at a time.
As a gay couple, Kfir and Yuval thoughtfully explored all paths to parenthood, including adoption and co-parenting. Ultimately, surrogacy felt like the best fit for them — allowing them to maintain a close-knit family unit while also having biological children who will share a sibling connection. The Canadian altruistic model deeply resonated with them, offering a meaningful process built on trust, compassion, and the potential for lifelong relationships.
Having been together for nearly nine years, they have built a happy and fulfilling life centered around their careers, shared interests, and strong partnership. Over time, however, they began to feel that something was missing. Watching friends and family raise children and experiencing those moments alongside them helped solidify their desire to become parents. What once felt like a dream has now become an essential goal — one they are wholeheartedly committed to achieving.
Kfir and Yuval are incredibly open about their journey and are surrounded by a strong, supportive network of family, friends, and colleagues. Their loved ones are deeply invested in their path to parenthood, offering encouragement, advice, and excitement every step of the way. They hope to grow their family with two children and are especially excited about creating a close bond between siblings.
Canada holds a special place in their hearts. Kfir previously lived in the country while completing his studies and working in research, and still maintains close connections there. Choosing Canada for their surrogacy journey felt natural — not only because of its well-regulated and ethical framework, but also because of the familiarity, safety, and sense of belonging they feel.
They are most looking forward to the moment they meet their child for the first time — hearing that first cry and experiencing the realization that their dream has come true. They are also excited about the early days of parenthood in Canada, taking those first steps as new parents and preparing to bring their baby home.
Kfir and Yuval hope to build a close and supportive relationship with their surrogate, one rooted in open communication, trust, and mutual respect. They are eager to be involved throughout the journey, staying connected through regular updates and being present — whether virtually or in person — for important milestones. After the birth, they hope to maintain a lasting relationship, allowing their child to understand and appreciate the incredible role their surrogate played in their story.
In their daily lives, Kfir and Yuval prioritize health, balance, and connection. They enjoy staying active, cooking healthy meals, traveling, and exploring different cultures. They share a love for plants, maintain a home filled with greenery, and enjoy quiet evenings together. Kfir has a passion for languages, while Yuval enjoys programming and creative problem-solving.
They value honesty, optimism, and strong communication in their relationship, approaching challenges with understanding and teamwork. Above all, they value the life they have built together and are excited to expand it by welcoming children into a loving, stable, and supportive home.
Kfir and Yuval look forward to raising their children with openness, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for diversity. They are excited to share their passions — from travel to learning — and to guide their children as they grow into confident, compassionate individuals.
